What the forms collect

The design review form collects your full name, company name, email, phone with country code, country, project city or province, the role you select, the product you select, quantity or size, intended use, target timeline, and your consent. Optional fields are site status, how you found us, a message, and a plans or blueprints file. The file is not stored on this website. If you select one, attach it to the email draft.

The suppliers form collects company, contact name, email, phone, country, products or services, a message, and an optional attachment. The attachment is not stored on this website.

Why

We use these details only to answer your request. A design review intake is used to discuss your project. A supplier message is forwarded to our main office.

Who sees it

The draft email is addressed to Sales@boxabl.website. BOXABL PH staff who handle that mailbox, and the main office for supplier messages, can read it. We do not sell personal information.

How it is sent, and how long it is kept

Submitting a form opens a draft in your own email app to Sales@boxabl.website. This website does not keep a copy of the form. Mail we receive is kept only as long as needed to answer the request and, if you go ahead, to carry out the project. The exact retention period is part of this draft and is pending owner review.

How to ask for deletion
