Send your intake. Fill in the design review form with your project, location, quantities and any plans.

We review and call you. Our team reviews your intake and contacts you to discuss the project in detail.

Design fee. Design starts with a $4,500 design fee, credited 100% toward your purchase. You pay only on a payment link we send after approval, at boxablpay.com.

Design and blueprint review. We prepare your design drawings and review your blueprints.

Your quote. Pricing is prepared by Sir Eddy after the full intake and design review.

Agreement and deposit. You sign the purchase agreement and pay the deposit using the payment instructions we send.

Fabrication. Your order is fabricated in our own steel shop in Cagayan de Oro.

Shipping. Orders ship FOB Cagayan de Oro; you arrange shipping, with export via Manila.

Local engineer stamp and site work. A licensed engineer in your jurisdiction checks and stamps the final design. Permits, foundations and site finishing are arranged locally.
