About BOXABL PH Construction OPC

BOXABL PH Construction OPC is a private family company and an SEC-registered One Person Corporation in the Philippines. We are a debt-free, tech-driven modular company that designs and fabricates durable modular homes, modular offices, modular commercial units, steel wall sections and steel roof trusses. SEC Registration No. 2026020239884-03.

Everything is fabricated in our own steel shop at our production and shipping hub in Cagayan de Oro (CDO), Mindanao. We do not buy in parts: our team builds the frames, panels and trusses in-house, and every order ships FOB Cagayan de Oro.

Every project starts with a full intake. Our design work starts with a $4,500 design fee, credited 100% toward your purchase. Pricing is prepared by Sir Eddy, our President, after the intake and design review.

We take care of our people. From November 1, 2026, all staff and long-term contractors receive free Maxicare PRIMA medical care.

We are growing in Cagayan de Oro. A robotic production line is planned, with site setup in 2027 and production from 2028, bringing more fabrication and upper-management jobs to the city.
